Catcher in the Rye author J.D. Salinger has died at age 91 in New Hampshire. The author’s son, in a statement from the author’s literary representative, says Salinger died of natural causes at his home, reports AP. He had lived for decades in self-imposed isolation in the small, remote house in Cornish, N.H.
so should i give up on catch-22?
i mean i’m half way through it but it bores me. its a microsm of the pointlessness of bureaucratic systems or whatever. in the end it only proves its pointlessness to me. should i continue? does it have any redeeming qualities? or can i start on mrs. dalloway. decisions, decisions.
